2. Place of data processing
The processing connected to the web services of this Site takes place at the So.Di.Co. headquarters and / or offices, or at the headquarters and / or offices of other legal entities eventually appointed as “Data Processors” and are handled by technical staff in charge of processing.

Browsing data
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
The site uses cookies. Cookies are short text files – consisting of letters and numbers – that the Site sends to the user’s terminal, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same Site on the next visit by the same user.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The user assumes responsibility for the personal data of third parties published or shared through the use of the Site and guarantees that he has the right to communicate and disseminate them, freeing the Owner from any liability to third parties.
4. Purpose of the processing and mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data
So.Di.Co informs users of the Site that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below, with specific consent where necessary:

The provision of user data for the purposes listed above (a) is mandatory, their failure to provide it would not allow So.Di.Co to meet the obligations established by law, by a regulation or by EU legislation.
Please note that pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 1, lett. a, of the Privacy Code, consent to the processing of the user’s personal data for this purpose is not required.
b) to execute contracts for the sale of products or assignments for the supply of services (supply of goods or services);
The provision of user data for the purposes listed above (b) is optional, but their failure to provide it could make it impossible to fulfill the contract or provide the services requested.
Pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 1, lett. b, of the Privacy Code we do not request the user’s consent to the processing of his personal data for this purpose as such data are necessary to perform obligations deriving from a contract of which the user is a party and / or to fulfill, before the conclusion of the contract, to specific requests of the same.
c) sending promotional communications. In accordance with the provision of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data “Guidelines on promotional activities and fighting spam – July 4, 2013 n. 330 “, So.Di.Co will collect, in order to implement the need for simplification of the obligations related to the processing of personal data, a single consent for this purpose.
